This store is the best. Every single person I encountered and spoke to was courteous, professional and went out of their way to help me. From the person that answered the phone to the manager who assisted with helping with my order...above and beyond customer service is not something you encounter anymore but this store seems to live by it. Thank you to the managers Ivy and Robert for finding a way to solve a problem that was out of your control, and to bringing joy to my daughter with her balloon delivery. Fergus The Blue Great Dane

I enter Fergus in costume contests & he's a model for various events (as silly as that sounds 😊). Party City always has a great variety of costumes for every popular theme/character that you are looking for. I definitely recommend.

Outside of Spencer's one of the best niche/gag gift stores I've ever seen. Like "pot head"?!? Get it?!? 😂😄 Also great for actual party supplies and favors- the helium balloons last for days in my experience!
