The worst experience they didn’t have any balloons I asked for, even though they were advertised on the front of the balloons I ask the girl on the desk who was in her phone the whole time and she said they don’t come in the color and I ask for more than one color also I bought a happy birthday balloon she don’t even ask me what color I want the string when I asked her for the color they both said we don’t have that color and still on their phone she ring me up all my stuff and she left all thrown on the counter with a ripped bag and she said get your stuff and wait for the balloon here no manners. I don’t know were This society is going but definitely not to a good end the worst is that this people is the future of the country.

In a retail world being taken by online shopping, it is the in-store experiences like these that remind you how nice it is to actually shop in-person. Everyone at this location (in particular: Justin, Janet, Jenn, and Markisha) went out of their way to either cheerfully greet me, help me find my items in the store, walk me to other items I was looking for (instead of just directing me), and just make sure I was having a great shopping experience. They even went above and beyond to ensure I received an item I had inadvertently paid for and left at the store. I can’t say enough great things about the friendly, accommodating staff, and how clean and organized this location is. Thank you so much for all of your help!

There was a new girl at the registered I asked her for help and she told the girl that was training her to help me . Well let me tell that Jennifer the girl that was suppose to help me never helped me out , she would see me and ignore me knowing i needed help . I heard her telling the new girl I needed to wait . I went to pay and they were both sitting talking . Horrible place very bad customer service .

Hey y'all so I just got back from Party City and have a lot of great selections especially when it comes to Halloween decor I will say one thing that I noticed especially coming from Halloween City is the pretty drastic change in pricing. There were a couple shirts I saw and Halloween City that were about $5 I did end up driving one however when I step inside Party City those same shirts for about 15 a piece. Other than that great service the staff is always friendly overall it's an enjoyable experience.
