Caddy’s was one of my favorite stops that I made while vacationing in Florida! The treasure island location was stunning. We sat on the covered deck upstairs and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Even though it was super hot, I didn’t mind sitting and relaxing here. Our drinks were great, and I’m so happy I was able to keep the color changing cup as a souvenir! The watermelon bites were such a refreshing appetizer. I don’t know why this appetizer isn’t served at more restaurants, because it would definitely be a hit, but it’s fun that it’s unique to Caddy’s. The seafood platter and cool ranch wrap were both great lunches. I will be sure to visit Caddy’s again the next time I find myself in the area, and will definitely be telling others to check it out!

Absolutely amazing! Food was fantastic, and brought out quickly. Our cabana server was friendly and attentive. Location on the beach is perfect for the sunset and the outdoor games were super fun! We had a blast and would 100% do it again!

Definitely my favorite spot from Treasure Island. Great selection of cocktail, outstanding food and excellent fas service. We came there with my family and they absolutely enjoyed. Live music, beautiful people and a charming sunset.

Last weekend to swim in November! 84° beautiful! The stingrays were migrating to Warner water!! It was fabulous to swim with them! Caddies is great place to take family visiting and it did not disappoint! The staff was low so took awhile for food but waiter warned us which was good! The drinks came quickly !! We sat on the tables on the beach and had a great time! Music was fun.

Yes they can handle as many as you let them know that are coming they can handle it great food great people great location and great staff enjoy
Parking prices have gone up... no longer $5.00... and good luck getting a spot, unless you have money to burn... after sunset, people leave, so your chances are better then..

Yes, large lot, but it does fill quickly. Highly encourage taking an Uber or Lyft.
In answer to your conundrum. Do they take reservations? The answer is Yes. Recommended in Season. Usually plenty of seating for walk-in. Good food & pleasant staff. Although there are a Limited number of $3.25 per hour parking spaces in the two adjacent parking lots. Try some of the fantastic appetizers.
Hi Patty, yes Shawn is correct putting our guests and staffs health first and honoring what the county and city are asking we don’t have any live entertainment. Keep checking though as soon as it is safe we will move forward on it. 😃

Sunrise Motel Very clean comfortable apartment stile rooms with full kitchen, living room, bedroom space and small outdoor pool for a very reasonable rate. About a ten minute walk to Cadies down the street and across the street from 7-eleven, a public beach access and two good bar and grills.

Emotional support dogs are allowed here and pretty much everywhere. I saw 10+ service dogs a day.

One of the women at the front doesn't wear her mask. The wait staff was good about wearing them when interacting with your table. There's dancing and people don't wear their masks doing that either. It's not the safest environment.
Hi, yes we have a mobile service we partner with called Endless Summer Rentals. You can rent anything from paddle boards, beach bikes, skim boards, etc from them and they will drop them off to wherever you are. Their number is 727-276-6533
About $3 per hour. And you can purchase an all day parking for about $15, more or less.
Chairs & umbrellas are complimentary for all Caddy’s customers. No charge.

There are no hotels that I know of on that road but there are lots in driving distance close by.
They are dumping a load of rocks from the beach out in to the ocean . This is supposed to be helping to stop the erosion
