Going in, youll never be disappointed by the show. Seeing the way the air curls as the liquid nitrogen is used to flash freeze your ice cream is always satisfying! You may think its pricey, but considering the materials used I'd say prices here are fair. The menu is clear and guides you through the step by step process, if you have any questions the staff is super helpful. I love mint ice cream and think the chocolate usually kills it... this is one of 2 parlors I know I can get pure mint, and it's always worth it! Nitroshake or ice cream, both are delicious and flavor is strong. My partner is vegan and its amazing that they have a plant based option for the majority of the menu.
