Slow Delivery Times I live 1.7 miles away. I Ordered at 5:48pm. It was Delivered at 6:19pm. It used to be so fast with previous order, maybe staffing shortages.

Since I was in Oconomowoc I decided to visit JJ. I usually visit the closer Fort Atkinson store and am always delighted with my order. I ordered one turkey and one roast beef sub. It was like I ordered lettuce subs. Very little meat! Needless to say I will not be back at this location!

I'd never had jimmy johns before so I didn't really know what to expect my mom and I went there hoping to eat before I had to go to work. I was disappointed to find out they would not let you sit down and eat there (which to me is a negative but whatever...) so I go to use the restroom. I couldn't even use the bathroom. I am more understanding because we're in the midst of this pandemic but it's just like seriously? You can't even allow your customers to use the bathroom when they're coming into your business to order food? I wonder if it's just the "rules and regulations" or if it's just the company being lazy and not wanting to clean their restrooms. To me, knowing the fact there are other businesses that do have open restrooms, I am left to think it must be the latter of the two. Other then that I suppose the sandwich was good, fresh bread, thinly sliced pickles, I'm not sure they put any mayonnaise on my sandwich though... :/ To my surprise they do not have warm subs...

Absolutely dissatisfied. I will never be ordering from deliveries again. It was late. I ordered it at 10am and set it for 1pm. They charge a delivery fee so no tip is needed and the delivery driver expected a tip when he was late. Very not good service.
