Never have had a returned call yet. I did catch the manufacturing manager and asked when my order would be ready. I was told in two weeks at the end of September. I specifically ask about the supply chain issues around the chrome wheels and was told no issue. I set up the build at Genes Gallery for the second week of October with the Production Managers blessing. Genes Gallery and I have been calling trying to find out what is going on. Seven calls and Genes received an email stating the materials will not be available until late November. The wheels will not available until then. Taking care of the customer appears to be a low priority…

Great idea and awesome workmanship. Just got to figure out if it is what I want to do to my bike. But really like the idea.

Questions & Answers

If only an authorized dealer can install, where do I have to take my bike if the front end (tilt part) needs work or something done to it?

You can take your bike to the Authorized dealer, call TMW to see what they say (take it there or they'll come to you)

do you know if you can sale in québec now.

There is a certified dealer in Alberta, Canada. You'll find them here: https://www.tiltingmotorworks.com/how-to-order/find-a-dealer/

My road king would lay over until the floorboard caught the bike. with the conversion, would the TMW front end right the bike from that far over?

Yes, if you accidentally dump your bike, turning on the TiltLock system can help lift your bike back up. Please watch this video for more information. https://youtu.be/a_J1iL7wfVo

It seems that the transition between the lock and unlock at 7 mph is an issue, is it possible to adjust that to 10 + mph to ease the transition. Or would that be more of a problem. With the system off, if you lay the bike over, how far will it lay

Please contact our service department at 360-302-3008, they will be able to assist you with the TiltLock information and how and when it transitions from quad-steering to countersteering. There is currently no ability to change the speed sensors for this transition. With TiltLock off, the hydraulic leveling system is not engaged and your bike can lean over all the way to the ground. The Tilting Motor Works TRIO conversion kit is intended to lean over as much as any 2-wheel motorcycle.

What is the oldest Harley frame your kits will work on?

Unfortunately TMW does not.

Dear Sir, I have a 2005 Vrod Screaming Eagle. What is the approximate installation cost? (I would be going to the Tennessee location). Thanks, Dave

Unfortuantely, TMW does not do VROD installations.
