Adult softball leagues should be run a little better - umpires allow players to scream out obscenities on the field while there are children everywhere. They do not enforce player conduct rules at all.

That I don't know I do know my kids go to open gym every Saturday and seem to enjoy it. They seem pretty organized, but this is my first year with them
