I would not recommend this company to anyone. As they took 100’s of people s money then told them that they will not be able to build there truss packages. The receptionist Veronica said the company was sold but they still answer the phone as Hitek Truss. We were told a check was mailed out on March 3, 2021 and March 10, 2021 and still have not yet received a refund. And the sad part the receptionist Veronica hung up after calling us a liar saying that we did not speak to Kimberly the Accounts payable. They are a rip off and still owe tons of people money.

My customer paid for his trusses back in Oct.21, not just a deposit, but the entire job in full, delivery date was moved 4 times and today was called 4 months after paying in full for trusses, that they were cancelling my order. Bad business!.
