Well I don’t usually post a review, however, I think the service could have been a tad bit better based on the fact that it looked like a bunch of people were working there. We were denied a booth when we saw there were open ones. No big deal. The biggest thing was we were not given napkins. I had to ask! Based on the amount of money I spent there and the fact that we had kids. People with no food were served a tray of napkins. Come on y’all I ordered 40 wings plus some extras. Ya could have gave us some napkins. Besides that the wings were delicious and the beer was good. I still recommend this place.

Tried to go in tonight to watch game 5 of the NHL finals. Got a table outside. No one came to help us. Tracked down a server she said she would tell the server. 10-20 min later. No one. Tracked down another server. Ordered our drinks, and some apps. Though things were going to be good from there. Runners kept bringing us random food not ours that we didn't order. Tables around us all having similar issies. Still no drinks. We tried to tough it out as it was kinda busy and they might be down staff. Left after an hour. Walked in 540 ish left right about 650. Most of the tables around us were all having similar issues but got drinks and some got some food. The server we asked to help us was super nice. Wish we would have been at her table looks like her tables were well cared for. We considered ordering online but there was alot of people waiting for their orders and from the sound of it were 20+ min behind. Horrible service. No one even noticed we left. Edit. After reading the reviews looks like long existing customer service issues. Massive customer service issues usually the result of underpreforming Manger or owner.

It wasn't the best BWW I've been to unfortunately. The beer was good and the service was decent which is good. The wings just weren't up to par this time. They were fully cooked but they just didn't have the usual texture and almost seemed soggy which was odd. Maybe it was just an off day. I'm not in the area often but I'll probably give them another shot.

We’ve ordered here before, the last 2 times have been a negative experience. We ordered curbside and both times were waiting 20+ mins for our orders, only to have to go in and get it ourselves. Tonight, the person who answered the phone read back our order and mentioned she’ll be right out, never came out. We’ve had the worst experience at this location, and it’ll most likely be the last time we bring our business here. ***UPDATE*** we got home and opened up the food to find disappointing plates. Over cooked mozzarella sticks, barely any fries to fill out a few of our plates, both kids and adult orders, dry chicken strips, and 2 small strips in the kids meals. This will definitely be the last time we come to this location. ***UPDATE*** Filled out the link suggested by the owner, I’ll update the review on the progress.
