We have been using Banfield for years. They take great care of our pups Mojo and Bonnie. They always come out of their appointments wagging their tails and happy. The doctors always provide a detailed explanation of their exam as well as any recommendations they have. They're also always happy to explain any concerns they have and answer any questions.

There is always a charge and I am on the “program” they always find something to charge for and they did three fecal exams in less then 3/4 of a year so I would need to pay for the last on when it was due. Unnecessary X-rays and scare tactics I have left Banfield

We had such a great experience at this location today getting our two dogs their annual vaccines. One of my dogs has a trauma history so he is typically terrified at vet, so we usually dread going. Today the team was very non-judgmental, accommodating, and so kind with us. We left feeling very happy and relieved! Thank you for such a good experience!

Just had my dog spayed there. They do very well with all the medical care of my pup, but they over charge 100-300٪ for medications. Banfield wanted to charge me $18.64 for a medication that Costco charges only $7.85. Yes same dosage, same medication, etc. They refused to call in the prescription and instead gave us a paper script only to try and force us to buy from them anyway. I took these acts as a little vindictive because we wouldn't buy from them.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
