Needed a fix for a busted dropper and not only did these folks have the fix, but also Orion fixed me up quick enough to save the weekend of riding (3 hour turnaround on installing a new dropper). Five stars for the service, communication, and hustle.

The customer service is phenomenal. We needed new inflatable sleeping pads. They do not sell any, but went and called ahead to the Village Sport Shop in Lyndonville to confirm that they had what we needed. We also topped off the tire pressure as we were passing through.

Incredible range of rentals at fair prices. Awesome to see shops carrying womens line of bikes! Their staff were also super responsive at getting you setup. The trails are rideable right from the shop (it’s a 300ft elevation gain up the hill, but who’s counting?) making it a perfect spot to hunker down at. The river is located to the left of the parking lot, perfect for an apres ride swim to relax with.

Counter girls are very helpfull and polite. Well stocked with parts. However if you do not ride the newest and most expensive thing on the trail the shop employee's treat you like a peasant. Piss poor way to spread the stoke and take money from people. PS my bike is about an 18 months old Giant.

I believe they carry POC. Call and find out.
If you are looking for a Liv you should call or check out the village sports shop just south of East Burke. If you want a mens' Santa Cruz I highly recommend East Burke Sports. Both locations have great service.
Depends on the brand. I paid $100 for the latest Santa Cruz full susser!
