What a great group of folks to work with! When my AirPods Pro started acting up, I was dreading having to make a trip to an official Apple store, but these folks took care of all of my needs, much faster and with less hassle than the Apple hassle. As an official Apple repair facility, they can do it all, but without the headache, and all from our own backyard here in Fort Collins!

I went in with a simple question: how do I change my ringtone on my iPhone? I haven’t had an iPhone before and couldn’t figure it out I asked if they could show me. The kid at the counter took my phone to the back and what felt like 20 minutes later came back and said since the service was taking longer than 15 minutes they technically should be charging me $29. He never told me upfront of a charge and I said absolutely not it’s not that important. He came back and said well we’re going to have to charge you $5 since he put a lot of work into this already. Had I been told up front I was going to be charged I would have just left. It wasn’t a serious issue and if it was that difficult I’d just go to Phone store and ask them for free. I get that it’s only $5 and the guy was nice and showed me what he did but I felt like I wasn’t going to get my phone back if I didn’t pay up. Not being up front about charges and forcing for something that took way too long to figure out and not giving the customer the option to discontinue with help just left me with very negative feelings about the whole ordeal. I know for sure, for any future apple products I have, I WILL NOT be going back here.

If its the passcode yes we can factory reset the device and that would fix it. If its your Apple ID Password you have forgotten you would have to contact Apple Directly for options to get it unlocked. Hope this helps. Feel free to call us with any questions
