Absolutely terrible roger is the worst employee I’ve ever encountered charged me over $150.00 more than I was told I was paying and wouldn’t even give me all the equipment I rented instead he charged us a second time for the same equipment he wouldn’t give us and then told me to pick it up another day even after speaking to a manager earlier that day who told me I was able to pick up my reserved equipment anytime after 3. Then he accused us of lying becuase he couldn’t spell the word circle and went on to say if we don’t agree to pick it up another day that he would cancel my who reservation. This place is absolutely ridiculous!

Absolutely Terrible customer service I pay to park a trailer there because they advertise themselves as being safe and secure. My trailer was hit by one of their delivery drivers. I asked for copy of the video footage to provide to the Florida Highway patrol since this is a hit and run. I was told numerous times "I am working on that it takes time." months later I still don't have a copy of the footage and they tell me they are not going to provide it because its them assisting me and they are going above and beyond. DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM BOYCOTT THIS LOCATION THEY ARE USELESS AND THEIR SECURITY SYSTEM IS A JOKE. Kathrine Is the one that has been sitting on this. She seemed perfectly nice

I have used this location many times for long and short rentals and never any problems, EASY in and EASY out and Frank is the best , will be using again probably today ❣
