We've closed our account officially today. The services are so disappointing, and the turnover rate of your pest and lawn technicians within the last three months that we decided to move forward with your company has left us with bugs in our house and a messed up lawn! I've constantly had to follow up by myself for my new SOD and I find out our manager handling our issue also quit. So unorganized, so frustrating, so taking advantage of overselling 5 star services.

Had issue with chinch bugs. Santos Rosado, general manager made a visit the next day. Did everything he could to rectify the problem. Hopefully the issued is resolved. Thank you Santos for your professionalism.

I decided to start a yearly service with Massey a few months back, it was around $900.00 and they were going to work solely on my lawn. On my second service the agent was at the house for a total of 20 minutes and in my yard a total of 10 minutes. When i received the receipt it has 3 different services performed, i thought that seemed like a short period of time for three services so i called in to ask some questions about the services, the customer service agent let me know that each service would have been 10-15 minutes at the minimum. I let them know i had it on camera and that none of what was explained has been performed. Long story short I requested a refund on my service, they said "no problem"...Since hearing that I've been told I need to speak to someone else to "confirm" the refund, that person told me I had to speak with the GM to process the refund, the GM is out of town for two weeks so I decided to call corporate, corporate told me it can take up to 6 months for the refund... I received poor service, was lied to and now I'm being shuffled around regarding my refund. Now I fully understand all of the horrific ratings Massey receives. Will update this review when i finally receive the refund just so the readers understand what theyre getting into.

We bought a new construction DR Horton home in February 2021. Included by the builder was approximately 30 Termite bait stations and a 1-year termite protection insurance policy through Massey. The coverage was for one year only with an option to renew it on my own for upto 5 years in total. Now that the year is up Massey has threatened to trespass on my property to remove the bait stations claiming they are their property. That is a lie because my builder sales contract clearly states only the insurance coverage is temporary, not the bait stations. This is a hard sell technique bordering on extortion with their threat to remove the builder paid for bait stations. I warned the sales person that any unauthorized trespass will result in my calling the police to have them arrested for trespass and attempted theft. My neighbor just contacted them today with the same warning after finding a letter on his door threatening removal of his bait stations if he does renew the policy. I have 24 hour video surveillance to ensure prosecution if any attempt is made. I have another annual service with them for boundary pest control that because of their actions in the matter above I will not be renewing.
