As a first time applicant for CCW. I think it was a great experience. I was in and out in no time the whole process took maybe 20mins if not less , the stuff extremely nice with very positive attitude and professionalism. I just received my license in the mail. they're very quick in issuing licenses mine took about 3 weeks. I highly recommend this place

This people took my payment for Renewal of my D license, months passed and I received a letter saying that I would not get my license because was suspended yet I called and they couldn't tell me why my license was suspended and rudely was told I would not get my money back, how is this possible that you paid for something you don't have and I am not going to pay again for training to get my D license again. I'm not going through this again.

I scheduled an appointment online a week ago, they texted me and confirmed it. I drove an hour to get here today and the sign on the door says the office is closed for New Years (on the 30th of December?). I took time off work for this. Why would they let people schedule appointments on a day they planned to be closed? I called and an automated person said the office is closed for inclement weather. It’s 75 and sunny. What a joke. This place is run by clowns.

For me, since im a Security Professional and firearms Instructor im often there to certify, renew, ect all of my licenses like Concealed Weapons License, Security Licenses, and more. They are involved in all that as well. So they are a division of Licensing amongst all the many other things they do.

Weapons are not registered to your license, they are registered to the owner who is licensed. Take your weapon to a gun shop and have them register it in your name. If you are purchasing it from a private owner, follow my instructions above to get it in your name.

You can but you need to take a 4 hour renewal course first. If your original 28 hours certificate is on file then you do the 4 hours and you're golden.

Call Jeremy at tower guns and training. You will have the best time and learn so much. Don't take a bogus class somewhere else.. After the course he will give you a certificate. Then just make an appointment online and show up with your drivers license and certificate. They make it easy and I got my permit within 4 weeks. (results may vary)
