Never open, and when they are there is either a swim team that has the whole pool or the temperature is too cold for my infant to enjoy without shivering.

The front desk and “manager” Brittanny are disrespectful and rude. My wife asked them to be decent human beings as she paid to swim and only got 20 min of swim time due in person and online mis information. She called this verbal abuse and refused a refund or another day of swimming. We are not from here and are surprised at the nastiness.

I spend summers in Fairview--my hometown. For about a week my grandsons visit and they spend hours each day at the pool. The lifeguards and other staff are so kind, as well as very observant and careful about the safety of the kids. I want to say a big, big thank you to each of you. You make our time together so enjoyable! Nothing like a few hours in the pool to make our grandkids good and tired. Thanks again!!
