I’m sorry it took so long to get you your order, from what I understand it was only an order of fries. I work there now and I happen to know that sometimes we have a rush of people who call in even though not many people may come in to order takeout or dine in. This may have been part of the trouble with the fries is that the order was put in behind multiple orders from people who had called in. We try to communicate the wait times and give the best experience to our costumers however there are times where it is not done as efficiently as we would hope. I am again very sorry that your visit was not more satisfactory. Wishing you the best, Lindsi
