I’m so sorry I didn’t take pictures of this place because I was so amazed by this place! It was such an unexpected gift on our trip. Incredibly friendly staff and owner, phenomenal views from unit 11 and lakeside dining that blew us away! What a wonderful hidden gem. Very nice wine selection and good food offerings for sure! I really hate to promote this diamond because I don’t want to overwhelm the staff, so I’m sorry for no pics but trust me, you’ll love this beautiful spot on this mountain lake! Horseback riding is big here so if that’s your thing book a saddle as well!

I am not one to write bad reviews but hopefully this will help someone else out. The views were beautiful from cabin #3 which over looked the lake, and the cabin was cute and cozy. We went down to the lodge to grab some breakfast and the staff was very unenthusiastic. We were not even given a menu but rather offered a choice of three items when we said we were there for breakfast (oatmeal, a pretzel, or a breakfast burrito). We both opted for the burrito and coffee since we weren't given all the choices that are listed on their menu in the book that was in the cabin. There was no one else in the lodge other than us and the man working the front desk/waiting on us. We sat outside on the patio which had some good lake views but it took 20 minutes for the man helping us to return. He first brought us our burritos, which seemed like they were a day old and barely even warm. Then half way through our meal he finally brought us our coffee (isn't that always supposed to come first). We were there on a Tuesday so maybe weekend service is better, but I would not recommend eating at the restaurant unless you want to wait and be disappointed.
