Injured thumb on a broken piece of glass and it left a sizable wound. Went in and the nurse was incredibly rude from the jump, laughing when I explained the story. She was disrespectful the whole time even though I explained how I believed it needed stitches. She didn’t even look closely at it and just gave me packets of ointment. Absolute waste of time. Went to a different urgent care the next day and they said it needed stitches right away. Not only was the staff rude and disrespectful at this establishment, but it seems they are also unqualified to do their job. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Danielle & Najlen were amazing!!! I came in for a last minute appointment and although they were busy they took me right away and they were so helpful. They both answered all of my questions and never seemed annoyed or overwhelmed. Absolutely no judgment it felt like a complete judgment free zone!Absolutely no judgment it felt like a complete judgment free zone These two women were outstanding minute clinic is so lucky to have both of them!
