Came in looking to buy a camper. My sales guy was john Abbott and I would strongly recommend having him as your salesman. Amazing dude and truly wants to help you find the best rv/camper suited for you. Ended up leaving the dealership with a camper thanks to John/ 10/10

I had the greatest experience with salesman Tim Williams and John Abbott. I wasn't expecting to drive this RV because this was my first time.Tim who was such a delight. I had my 88 year old mom with me and he cared for her as if he knew her for years. I was a little intimidated about driving but, Tim was like" you got this" I laughed and took it for a ride. I was amazed how big the RV was. But after everything was over I never felt pressure to buy anything and Tim was very understanding of my current situation. But I just wanted say thank to both Tim and John for making me feel so welcome.

Hancel at Optimum is great. Attentive, professional, and all-around great experience. If he didn’t have the answer to one of my questions he didn’t try to fake it and went and figured it out for me. Would definitely buy anything from him in any business venture he pursues.

My first experience with Optimum RV was excellent and I received a beautiful Fifth wheel travel trailer at a very fair price. After owning it over two years now, I'm just as happy with it as I was from day one. I showed it off to anyone who would let me because I was proud of it. I bragged about it to my Boss man and took him on a tour of it. He too said it was a very good one. Two years later my Boss Man asked me to find a travel trailer just like mine. So, I contacted Optimum and talked to two different members of their team who told me that they have the one I viewed on their website but I had to go to a different lot , an hour and a half away. In short; it had been sold but they had one similar on the lot that was much closer to my home. Once there we went looking for it , it was found in a service area having the hydraulic system repaired....and wasn't able to open the slide outs at that time. I was not happy with my experience with them this time. However, I must add that they were polite and professional during all of our conversations and I will shop there again.

I am not sure. You might want to call them and ask for their finance person and not any sales person.
I would contact Optimum RV directly.
They just clean the inside and rinse the outside with water. They don't do a deep cleaning. You ha e to pay extra for that.
The facility is disenfect Ed 3 times daily, masks are worn and available along with hand sanitizers.
The best place to go is to Optimum rv they will find what you want.

Go to the manufacturer of your RV. Although after my ordeal of just getting my unit back today after six months it's still not repaired properly. There is no lemon law with non motor units in FL. We have become a hot spot to get ripped off. Bought a new unit Feb 2018 have only used it 4 times something always breaks. Dealership could care less they have your $$$, if it's a keystone they are just as bad. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Update have used it twice since we got it back the panels literally fell off took months to repair at dealership. Used again a few weeks ago ac went out not had 3 years yet....decided to contact a lawyer! Will keep posting as I go..... OPTIMUM the dealer.... Keystone, Dutchman manufatcturer, all a rip off!
