Frank, Juan, Ron, Scott, Dave, Chris, & Roger were all great. Frank & Juan showed us several RVs over the weeks my wife & I were doing our research. Ron was great to deal with. Scott knew his finance department, Dave let me video his entire outside & inside of unit instructions. Chris helped me find what I needed in their store with 10% off, and Roger delivered & set up at RV Resort and drove me to Walmart to pick up a few more items I needed. Purchased Reflection Fifth Wheel from large NE FL Grand Design Dealer. For three months they were not able to resolve 10 out of 10 warranty items. Contacted Campers Inn Rv Ocala and within a week they had satisfied half of the issues and had parts on order for the rest. Justin, the technician was courteous, knowledgable, capable and quick. Outstanding customer service from the service department. Made a repair if an exterior water leak on my 2021 Grand Design. Repair should have been covered by warranty but was denied by manufacturer. Campers Inn service department completed the repair without any fee to me. Additionally, work was scheduled and completed in less than ¼ of the time that was quoted by other Grand Design repair centers. Highly recommend for any service work.

First class experience from everyone at Camper's Inn. I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Frank Medina. From the ordering process, he showed how much he cared about what we were looking for, and worked to keep everything on schedule. He was consistent and proactive in keeping me up to date on the progress, and was quick to respond anytime I had a question.
