This was a great experience for me. I know nothing and have never owned so I had a lot of questions. Brandon was very informative and knowledgeable. He had suggestions for my needs. He was not pushy or overbearing which made me feel comfortable to look around and listen to what he had to offer for advice. I am not quite ready to buy as I'm in a situation of trying to find a home but was feeling a pinch of where to go now until I find a home and was just looking at my options. If I were to purchase, it would be here. I've looked at several places in the past and seem to just be overwhelmed with what I don't know. Whereas Brandon was able to make me feel confident that I could handle this. At the time I visited in November, the stock was low as is the case everywhere but the stock they did have was all different so I was able to pinpoint what I did or didn't like about size, weight, bedrooms, air-conditioners, water capacity, bathroom style and so on.
