Never had a problem with the people who run it n maintenance it very helpful and willing to work with you if you have a problem or issue. The only thing that I had an issue with is that I have been customer for almost two years and unexpectedly the rates went up now mind you I have been there two years and was hit with a raise in monthly payments which I think people who have been there steady payment of on time each month should be waived n kept at the move in rate at the time of move in unless otherwise having dealt with on going late payments and nonpayment should be effected due to the cost increases but other than that I have had nothing but good things to switch the one exception which was mentioned in my review

I have used this storage place for about 15 years. Gated security. Lowest prices in town. No complaints until this year. Prices rising for the a/c units again. Went to unit recently and there was a lot of roach poop in my boxes, luggage, on the floor plus dead roaches laying in the walk ways. I would suggest here for short term only.
