Excellent facility. Excellent product. The sausages are very good and always consistent with the seasonings. Everything except for the ground is vacuum packed and portion sized. All of my prime cuts are clean and trimmed perfectly.

Al does a great Job! Everyone is friendly and always willing to explain the different options. I also appreciate that everything (excluding the grounds) is vacuum sealed. Al will be the only game processor I use going forward.

The only reason I’m giving 5 stars is because I can’t give 6. I’ve heard of Al but never used him because he’s about an hour away from me. My usual place couldn’t accommodate the deer I killed so I decided to give Al’s a try. His turn around was 1 week (which was quicker than he estimated). I have never gotten as much meat back as I did with Al, given the size of my deer. Now, I’m not accusing others of skimming off the top, I’m just saying I got A LOT of meat back. His way of packaging is top notch with the freezer friendly sealed bags as oppose to other places I’ve gone to who use plastic wrap then paper wrap over that. Everything was perfect and those little meat sticks are BAD@$$!!!! Also, the dude cleaned my cooler for me!! No rotten smell to clean up when I got home. He had definitely earned my business. Clean, friendly, fair, and honest. What more could you want? Thanks Al!

Best quality around. Best Processing I've ever used for my domestic pigs or during hunting season. Shop is clean and meat is packaged just the same. Al is worth the hour drive for my processing needs.
