The older gentleman working with her was very friendly also. Seemed like they really enjoy their workplace! Made it very pleasant to shop in there. Had a great experience overall. Found everything we needed- from paint to a bird house.

I purchased a set of window blinds, I needed to get half an inch trimmed so I decided to come back the following day. I was helped by the rudest associate named Frank. I told him what I needed to get done and he said there was a 30 minute wait. I came back after roaming the store for 30 minutes just for him to tell me that he was busy with a customer and disregarded me. He then seemed very flustered and brought my husband to the back of the store and handed him a saw to cut the blinds himself with no supervision or guidance. This is a huge company hazard, Lowes has the responsibility to provide a safe place for customers that is free from serious recognized hazards. The service I received from all the associates was pitiful. No one up front knew who the manager was and when I finally spoke to Curt, he simply apologized for the store associates actions and did not reassure me that there would be change for future customers to come. There needs to be major changes made in this store. It’s sad that every associate in this store provided the worst customer service I have ever received. This was unfortunate after coming from Home Depot where I had the complete opposite experience, I would get pointers from their management.

I am pretty disappointed in my experience with custom cabinets. The few people they have working there may be the reason. Too many times I had to call for updates. They drop the ball several times by not calling, not returning emails, etc. I even overheard others complaining about the same thing while waiting for my project. Lowe's is a great business with good workers but I would think twice before getting custom work there.

Chris in flooring was great! He didn't just tell me but walked me to what I needed (Marble table sealant). He gave me a great suggestion, "Rock Doctor". It is only because of him that I'm giving 5 stars. Customarily Lowe's does not have the best customer service but Chris made up for all the other times with his excellent customer service! I hope that you will hire more employees like him!
