We used to go here once or twice a week until the pandemic, and we loved it. Fast forward to now and it was a poor experience. I'll start with the prices being almost double what they were previously. Along with egg rolls I ordered a beer. The beer came out warm, and they said they would make a cold glass for me. When they brought it to me, the glass had bit of food stuck to it on the inside (see my picture). Our egg rolls came out but we weren't given any individual plates. Our food took a while to come out, and when it finally did the noodles were all clumped together. In every single bowl. Given the price increase, the less attentive service, and poor dining experience we will not be returning any time soon.

I have been dining here for the past 2 years since moving to Riverview. The food has always been amazing and the staff is always courteous and very helpful. Today they went above and beyond. I have been placed on temporary dietary restrictions by my GI doctor and it has been very difficult to eat out, as it requires a lot of special requests and adjustments. The entire staff today went out of their way to help me find items I could eat and modify within my limitations. I am very grateful for them. It's the first place I have been able to eat out and not feel extremely stressed trying to do so.

Coming to Pho Hoang makes me feel like I am enjoying my mother's home cooked pho away from home — which is a good thing! Staff is always pleasant when I come (and I come about once a week). Their spring rolls and coconut juice are also a hit!

Okay experience. Slow service maybe due to being understaffed. Food was okay. My pho noodle was dry and hard. The layout of the restaurant caused some confusion. I had idea where the main counter was. Seating was tight. We were given the wrong bill. It was a good thing we checked because our bill was a lot lower $70 compared to $130. Will I go back. Probably not.
