Friendly people they have a cute little thrift store which always has good stuff and they also have a food pantry every Thursday as well. Stop by its worth it!

Yes based on income as well as they do have emergency help for hardship

No only on the last Friday of each month but I don't know over the holidays if it is different or not you would have to call them
