Brooke, Fran and Barb are simply amazing. Just love family-run businesses where the money stays in the community. I work most closely with Brooke and he is incredibly knowledgable -- always learn something new when we speak. Purchasing a firearm is a big deal so buying from a reputable, honest, friendly and knowledgable place is very important. They stand by their products too! I wouldn't shop anywhere other than the Bullet Hole. Highly recommend.

I've never been to Bullet Hole, and thanks for the reviews I won't be going at all. Just too many negative reviews that share the same negative comments. Thanks Google for saving a trip. BTW, did I mention that the business name “Bullet Hole” rhymes perfectly with the owner’s nickname who just responded to my google review? I’ll let you figure out his nickname. It shouldn’t be so hard. It’s one of those that we all have to deal with every now, and then.

I called the Bullet Hole and talked to Brooke about purchasing a gun safe and he was very helpful, I asked if he could send me some photos of a particular model and he did, I went in Saturday morning and had a hard time deciding on which safe to buy, Brooke took the time to explain what each model had to offer. I had the privilege to work with the staff and all were very helpful and courteous. Delivery was very professional and prompt. I love my new safe !!
