The Carrington at Four Corners

Carolina, Catalina, I'm uncertain of her name because I've been told multiple different versions of it. Either way, she has been an utterly horrible experience to deal with, and has caused many problems in our process of transferring apartments. Every step of the way was made so much more difficult that necessary, and so many parts of the process were handled improperly. She never emails or calls to let you know what's going on, which seems to be a running theme of the staff here. There's no reason for the lack of communication, even understaffing does not excuse this terrible lack of communication. Overall, she has tarnished my view of this company, and ruined any good that may have been originally seen.

If you’re looking for a safe and healthy living environment, then this is not the place for you. My friends and I moved into The Carrington after the completion of our College Program with Disney and, needless to say, it was the worst living experience of our lives. Our apartment was absolutely infested with roaches and the employees at the front office were continuously reluctant to help us. We found ourselves calling them every week because we would have roaches in our beds, in our bathrooms, and in the kitchen. It didn’t even matter that someone came spray once a month because we would find about 4-5 roaches a day in sticky traps that we had laid out throughout the apartment. At some point, eggs must have hatched because we even had dozens of baby roaches as well. In addition to this, I always felt unsafe when walking from my car to the front door at night. Also, several of our neighbors smoked everyday, some directly outside our door. We called the front office in regards to this issue as well since there are rules about smoking, to which they also disregarded. During our time at The Carrington, my roommates and I felt completely helpless because there was absolutely nothing we could do to keep the apartment clean and we would have to watch each other walk to and from our cars at night. It’s relatively cheap and close to Disney, but nothing is worth what we went through. Again, if you’re looking for a place to stay, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere!

I would give this place a solid 3. Jason was always very helpful in the entire moving process- so I never had a problem with management. The inside of the apartment was nice for the price paid, besides small issues. My complaints are with the people outside the apartments in the middle of the night blasting music and sitting in the stairwells right outside my door which made me feel unsafe at times. Also, could not even go to the pool alone without being stared at/talked about by those same people. The parking situation was not the best, I would come home at 9PM after work and have to park on the entire other side of the complex because there are no permits for parking so it would fill up. Overall, I would recommend but just be safe here!

FORSAKEN redemption

I want to thank Lilly for her assistant to find a place for a relative. She was very sweet and professional. The community looked nice and clean. It is definitely on top of our list.
