The pictures don't do it justice. Fishing, hiking or even front porch sitting with a view, they had it all for me. The place is amazing and every person on the staff was super nice and accommodating. Can't say enough good about them. Rooms were nice but furniture was dated. Honestly it's not even a big deal. The entire Rainbow Lake experience is amazing and I will be coming back!

5 star experience in rustic surroundings. If you prefer less rustic, the lodge has other accommodations. Joy and Dave are delightful hosts. The setting is beautiful, rain or shine.

Mother nature had plans for the weekend that included snow. Great location and the lake is beautiful. Cute cabins but the water pipes will freeze if it's cold.
Weld Fish Repeat
This was one of the best birthday trips of my life. Between 3 of us we caught 30 rainbows and one brook trout. The lodge we stayed in was so clean and beautiful. I also got to hold a humming bird on my finger and it was magical!! We will visit again and am so grateful to have found this little piece of heaven. Lastly we saw the moose twice! Got good pictures of him from the boat.

There are, but I would check the forestry service to see if there is a burn ban in effect. We were there 2 weeks ago and there were no fires allowed. Grilling on a grill was exempt.
Yes, they have a wonderful little gift shop that is open to the public.
