This contact station (CPU) is much more friendly and efficient than the local USPS here. The staff, particularly Gabby and Josh are polite, knowledgeable and professional. The line moves quickly. Parking can be dicey, but I guess it depends on time of day and day of the week.

It’s privately owned so it’s different than a typical post office. There is no after hours drop off slot available. I guess it had to be fixed shut for some reason. The people in there are always very nice and friendly. Hope this is helpful!

Walked in to get a change of address form and the guy that works at the front counter walked away from me when I asked a question and did not want to assist the girl at the counter did assist me further which she was really nice. the guy that works there which assume is a manager because he was giving orders was very rude and did not want to answer any of my simple questions just told me I don’t know.
