Had a package ordered and delivered through tracking and they sent it to the wrong address and I never received the package! Very upset!!!!! They now have done it again , sent my package to the wrong address and this package was worth $100. Wish they would hire reliable drivers that can read an address correctly. It doesn’t seem to be that difficult to deliver mail to the correct address. I don’t think you need a college degree. Sorry just need to vent , I feel better now. Thank you

Worst customer service of my life at the Lutz, FL post office. Cindy is the most disrespectful, unprofessional, condescending and rude person I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. Also, did I mention that Cindy is the branch manager? It is no wonder why the general attitude at this location is so vile.

Very rude employees at this specific location, they almost always have an attitude and something to argue about. I have watched them openly trash talk customers in front of other customers. I avoid this location in fear of something “happening” to my mail and packages.

If you have more than 1wk of mail in your box, all mail in the box is brought back to the office. At that time a notice is left in the box letting you know you have 10 more days to pick up your mail before it is returned to sender.
All mail should be in by 1130am. Although Monday's and days after a Holiday, could be a little later.
