First time customer at this location and with the stylist. We wanted a big change with color and cut from what we had and couldn't be happier. Shes a true perfectionist and gave more attention to detail than we ever could have asked for! My daughter and I will never go anywhere else for any hair needs. Hazzelei is the best there is and couldn't be happier!

The haircut itself was good ! Customer service not so good very poor. They tell you to call for appointment but they never call you back, lack of communication. Very disappointed unprofessional customer service. Is there anything wrong telling your hairstylist that the haircut need a little touchup???? I believe that we have the right to tell hairstylist what do you like the next time done on your hair and it is the best interest of them to do it so!! If they don’t want to cut your hair, if they don’t like to hear what the customer have to say about the job they done on your hair , they should just say so and don’t take it personal ! ( This review does not apply to all hairstylist in the salon)

I’m new to the area and wanted to try iStyle out. I was greeted at walking in and Brandon was so kind and welcoming! He gave me a little tour of the space and we had great convo. I have an illness that causes thinning hair so I needed a stylist to do a pixie cut on me to make my hair fuller. I’m glad Brandon did, because I love it. Great vibes in the salon and I definitely recommend!

Sasi listened to my concerns and ideas for a new style and I could not be happier with the result. My hair looks and feels better and I can't wait to come back for my services soon. The Salon is delightful in some unique ways - the hair wash room is in a separate area with very low lighting and quiet soothing music to relax, and your head and neck are massaged and washed. The styling area is separate from the coloring area, which highlights a focused distinction of services. Everyone was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. Ease in scheduling and checkout as well.
