Prices were a bit more than I was hoping pay for the climate controlled section. I will say the manager there was great. Much friendlier than the two other sites I've been looking at. I believe his name was John? Anyway, he definitely made me feel comfortable with the place.

They randomly raise prices without telling you and say it’s part of your agreement. Don’t recommend. Edit: They reply saying it’s to keep customer service top notch but i had to call 11 times yesterday before someone even thought to call me back. They lied in their reply below.

I mean "this address" in reference to the adjacent business im inquiring about Metro Self Stoarge as I am asking from my perspective next to it at the pretty open lot with storage mini mobile units and small signs marked S.O.S Storage as a company logo and name on them. The address numbers that I have only found in searching only show this property as 212731 FL-54 like it's all part of the same parcel and zoning for that large box type business.
I would call first to confirm.
