Dante was amazingly helpful in securing the right storage unit. Morgan too was professional and courteous like Dante. This facility is clean, safe and well organized. It's my best experience ever dealing with moving and storage. Thank you, Midguard! Thank you add on to Lance for hiring top customer service people like Dante and Morgan. It's nice to see hands on management in this new culture shift in the workplace🙂

I rented a I Uhaul truck last night. I was supposed to receive a code but it never sent one. The office was closed. The site allowed me to send a message to the office but no one ever came. I called Uhaul but they said they couldn’t verify the pick up even though they could see my reservation. I had people counting on me today. Never again.

The worst customer service. They do not return calls. You have to physically go into the office to speak to someone. But wait while you are in the office it is a ghost town. I waited 25 minutes before anyone knew I was there. I will add also that we have been there just over a year and our rent have doubled.
