I'm an out of town contractor, wasnt sure how the experience would be. The true definition of a family business with old school values. From the counter to the warehouse nothing but praises. Side note: Angel was great to deal with also. He is a go between the warehouse and office. Wouldn't be surprised if he was running his own metals supermarket one day. Non-commercial customer first visit, gentleman at front desk was very helpful. Needed a decent amount (~60') of aluminum tubing in various sizes and they were able to cut it right there for me in about 30 minutes. The cost was much better than the big box stores. Probably will call in ahead next time to give them more time as they seemed pretty busy fulfilling orders but they didn't seem put out squeezing mine in (and realistically my small order wouldn't have been an important one to their business).

These guys are great! KC was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. She quickly responded to get me a quote. The warehouse guys were super nice and loaded my order very quickly as well . Very easy and I am super happy with them. I will use them from now on .
