The business I work for has been purchasing material from Alro for years now and I am very satisfied with their customer service. One really nice thing that I appreciate is that they will often look in their remnants to see if they can fill my order, let me know AND adjust the price in our favor. Requests for quotes are returned same day, sometimes within minutes, and orders are usually cut and available in that same day. On a number of occasions, I've had that Friday afternoon email pop up with some surprise parts I need to miraculously have available by Monday morning... and it always amazes me that I could call Alro late on a Friday afternoon for emergency material and have it available before close. This place has got me out of some serious holes and I couldn't recommend them more. Keep up the great work!

Not only a great place, but it's associates make it greater! I came over last Tuesday, with some very specific and special needs for my artwork. Mr. Francis Cole, was not only professional and skillful, but also tried (and succeeded!!!!) his best to answer my special requirements. Great personality, working with his heart and caring, and refused a tip - so well deserved... I now have a friend at Alro's, thank you so much!!!!!
