general manager diana stone is incredibly rude. i called the store and the employee who answered was very polite and transferred me to the general manager. i asked a couple questions and she had an attitude with me for no reason. the way she answered my questions made it seem like she thought i was dumb and she was very rude. she then told me i was wasting her time and hung up on me.

What a mess. Books and merchandise in disarray. Displays are a mess. Looks like no-one cares about this place. Could not find any help to find a book . had to wait in a rather long line just to be told nope we don't carry that. Order it on line. And this is why brick and mortar is failing. Sad what a wasted trip.

All right, look. I used to love Books-A-Million, and Waldenbooks, and a dozen other bookstores, most of which no longer exist. Nowadays, though, I find books to be too expensive, take up too much space, and the print seems to get smaller and smaller every year. That being said, I mostly go to BAM for the Funko Pops and board games, and I always find something I love. The folks here are always helpful and friendly too. Also, just walking through the store reminds me of a time when books were just about the coolest thing ever.

All three employees I interacted with were efficient and pleasant. A young girl named Jessie was especially helpful in getting me a replacement for a damaged book from my online/in store pickup. I don’t know where you’re finding them or how you’re training them, but GOOD JOB! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
