A majority of the staff is rude. My nurse was very lazy. A doctor simply asked my nurse to grab me a mask and she acted like it was the end of the world. The front desk person told me that if I don’t have an insurance card that I couldn’t use my health insurance. Which isn’t true an insurance card is for easy access not to determine if you is use that insurance. She got upset when she had to use my social security number to look me up. The wait time is absolutely ridiculous. If I come in for being sick regardless if I have COVID or not. Why are you taking my height and weight. The funny part is she didn’t even measure my height I TOLD HER HOW TALL I WAS. But she made me step on the scale. Urgent care needs to understand that even if you test positive for COVID-19 most jobs still want a note on when you can work again. I’m not going to urgent care simply because I like my time being wasted.

The facility was clean, easy to locate, and had adequate parking. Staff took my necessary information quickly and were very nice and professional. The physician saw me after about 20 minutes. He was professional, thorough, and was quickly able to assess my complaint and give me needed information. Three days after my visit I was called to see how I was doing. I definitely recommend this urgent care facility.

Dr Nate Bevan has always gone above & beyond to help his patient's. I highly recommend him and the staff at Apollo Beach express care. I honestly prefer & trust him more then my primary care. Thank you again for taking care of me!

Its better to call their office and get an appointment so when you go, it will be quicker. Their appointment time is usually very quick and you could get same day appointments.
They take almost every insurance I'm not sure about that one though
