Mark at customer service needs some retraining in regards to talking with customers. My 3rd encounter with him being nice to other customers maybe he had a problem with people who don't fit his customer service demographic. This was at 9:40 am.

My family and I got a big sandwich from the deli area for the 4th of July. Next day all of us feel sick as heck, and had to get sent home from work.

Normally I don't review stores because it's a store, the experience will be similar at most locations. However, doing so because I witnessed something that upset me. I went in quickly to get one thing and use the restroom. It was crowded so I was waiting to enter the hallway. After a minute or two I figured out why- there was a man in a wheelchair who was struggling to get through because employees had put carts of stuff there and the wheelchair could no longer fit through. Multiple employees walked past him without a care. I ended up moving the heavy carts so he could get through. It saddened that none of the employees could be bothered to help him.

Well. I currently visit this store as a vendor so I am here several times a week. Inwill say that the images that I uploaded for this review shows handicap ♿ access entry as well as the drive-thru Pharmacy that I have not seen at any other fred Meyers location. That's not to say that others aren't offering this option I just haven't noticed it anywhere else. Nice selection of produce and the store looks nice and clean always. Employees feel like friends and people seem pleasant out here. This store is located on the Northern end of Eagle River and is a convenient stop for those that head out of town for weekend excursions in the summer months. There is also a gas station on site to fill your vehicles needs as well as yours.
