Appointment didn’t mean anything. Several people scheduled after me went before me. When asked about it they said they’re running behind on the screening I had appointment for. So what’s the point of appointment if you don’t honor it?

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Deserving of ZERO STARS! Electronic sign in said I was "Patient 19". Waited as instructed while listening to the staff laughter and visiting amongst themselves. After over 20 minutes someone else came in and walked to the back where they were promptly told the lab "is closed" despite being prior to advertised open hours. As a 35+ year health care worker, I can assure you that 19 patients in a day would not have met our lab productivity expectations, especially with multiple phlebotomists. Their system is BROKEN and rude! I vow to NEVER use a Quest facility again. There are to many other reputable labs in this area to consider giving them my money or time!

Horrible customer care. There is no one in the lobby area to ask questions if you have issues with checking in on their tablet. If you are a walk in you have to make sure you hit the little tiny help button in the corner otherwise it doesn't check you in. Most people don't hit the help button they normally just follow the ques on the screen but not quest. Then when you finally grab a person coming out calling others they finally tell you about the help button and then tell you you have to go back to the back of the line. Then tell sorry you should have know to hit the help button so not my problem. Ask for manager. Then told we don't have a manager . Then handed the stuff I need and told here. No instructions no explanation on what to do. All I need was the stuff needed to collect a specimen . Horrible. I will use lab Corp from here on. When I've been to Lab Corp I've never had this problem. Quest took 2 hrs of waiting to just drop off the specimen after the issues above to get the stuff to collect. All insurance carriers should black list them.

I have always had good experiences at this Quest Diagnostic location but not today. (I was walk-in number 1). When the phlebotomist called and I said “good morning” she didn’t answer (not a big deal). She apparently didn’t know what test was ordered because she left the room (number 4) many times and it appeared to be that she was having difficulties finding the test on the computer. After she took the blood sample she gave me the plastic container for the urine sample asking me to go to the bathroom and leave the sample in another room (number 1). Before getting to the bathroom I noticed that the container didn’t have the label with my name on it, therefore, I went back to room number 4 and asked her how this is possible and how they would be able to identify my sample without any label. Her incredible answer was “You are the first patient and I will place the label later”. I told her that was not correct and she got upset and told me that’s the protocol (unbelievable) and stuck the label in the cup I was holding very harshly. The protocol is to label everything first so there isn’t any potential to get patients mixed up. I went to talk to the “supervisor” (I am not sure she really was). Her coworker went to talk to her and rather than recognizing her mistake she insisted that everything was fine, showed me her back and waved her hand to dismiss me saying she was done with me. All I will say is that this worker treated me incredibly rudely after this incident and that I am a healthcare worker (sonographer) who knows that what she did was a huge mistake. If she would have apologized I wouldn’t be writing this unpleasant comment.
