I arrived 20 minutes early for my appointment for a Covid Test. I checked in a was asked to wait in the car. Less than 5 minutes and I was signing the consent form and paying for the test. It was less than 5 minutes later the test was complete and I was gone - before my scheduled appointment! I would absolutely recommend this business to friends and family!

Daniela was very knowledgeable and helpful. She did a great job explaining everything I needed and answered all my questions. Scheduling an appointment was very easy to do on line and there were plenty of appointment times available. They had on line paperwork available that was easy to complete and saved time at the clinic. They only reason I didn’t give an “excellent” rating was because of the prices. I didn’t get all of the recommended shots simply because I couldn’t afford it. There is no way the average person can afford to get everything at your clinic. I know I can get some of the vaccinations for less elsewhere. Passport Health offers a great service and it would be really convenient to get everything at one location at the same time. But as far as the service goes it was excellent. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. I would recommend Passport Health for vaccinations that are hard or impossible to get elsewhere.

Do you do PCR tests ? How much and how long does it take for results?
It was $225 plus the office visit fee of $50.
We have a number of test options depending on the requirements of your travel. It would be best to phone the office at 813.969.3757 to get more information and to schedule an appointment. Tests range from $100 to $250 for Antigen tests.
I don't remember specifically, but I want to say it was around $225. But I would call directly to make sure.
We do offer some Saturday appointments but not on a regular schedule. Please call for availability.

Hi, Kim, The Yellow fever vaccine is not covered by insurance. Passport Health does not participate with any insurance plans. We will provide you a detailed receipt with the necessary codes for submission to your insurance with hopes they may reimburse something. What we typically have heard from our patients is that reimbursement rates are almost nonexistent. I hope that helps answer your question. Passport Health.

The recommendation for each traveler is different based on health history and location of travel. We recommend speaking with the provider to determine the exact recommendation which will be specific for each individual.
