I wanted to leave a review for our trainer Tony Vaughn. He is AWESOME!! He is totally motivating, and always makes even tough workouts fun and encouraging. His ability to instruct and teach proper form and technique is unmatched. His smile and laugh create the perfect atmosphere to do hard work, but feel great about doing it. He listens and collaborates on the focus areas we are working on. The only issue is that his stopwatch seems to slow down during the last 15 seconds of an exercise, because those last few reps feel like 30 seconds! AAA+++ Highly recommend!!!

The idea of going to the gym has never been fun for me, so I knew I needed a personal trainer to push me to try new things. I've been working with Tony for almost a year now, and can confidently say that he's changed my way of thinking. I am always excited to work with him because he's a very creative and positive individual. You think this machine is only for legs? Yeah right--then why does Tony have me using it for back/triceps day?! Definitely keeps you on your toes! He's not the type of trainer to demonstrate an exercise one time and then play on his phone while you do your sets. He stresses the importance of form, and knows when you need a little extra help or an adjustment in weight. It's amazing how his tips can change the way your body responds to certain exercises. He's extremely knowledgeable and personable. If you're new to the gym, or just getting back into it, I highly suggest giving him a shot.
