If I could give a negative star I definitely would!! Looks are very deceiving here, I was supposed to have a 1bdr, although I had less then an efficiency, when nothing worked, the freezer took out over $200 of food, the hot water heater didn’t work right, the bdr temp was minus 30° in the winter bc windows and outlets leak and was told to buy a space heater, not when my light bills were close to $200 a month and fire hazard, and she said it was “bc I’m on that side of the building” and the noise was way bad, and neighbors obnoxious so bad they knocked pics off the inside walls, and ruined hundreds of dollars of my brand new stuff and knocked the vents out of the ceiling. And don’t plan to make anything that has to rise if you live under anyone the stomping and running will make it all fall. See pics, by clicking on photo icon I sent several letters and pics, as well I have several video recordings, to manager, and a certified letter to the CEO of the complex, absolutely no help no response from main office, Lori is so extremely distrustful that she has to hear for herself, not possible when she doesn’t live in every apt. Also spying on people by putting up hunting cameras by the doors, she will not believe you have a problem or check anything herself all she does is sit behind her desk, or stands by the pop machine 🚬 what else does she have to do, bc I’ve never seen her do anything, no vacuuming or handing out notes and the gross laundry rooms could really use a good cleaning before they have a fire, there’s actually huge cob webs behind the washing machines and lint and trash everywhere, thick lint inside the dryers and the traps are broken. There aren’t supposed to be pets unless they are therapy pets, well I know that the upstairs apartment have several pets one has 3 cats, one a cat and a dog, who I sat in my car and watched them throw animal waist over the balcony, onto the deck below, another has a white dog, that sheds horribly and hair all over the inside by the doors, and crapping in the yard, several have cats. When I used to have to get my mail it reeks of cat pee & litter boxes, I didn’t collect mail often or I’d be gagging So some favorites are allowed pets that aren’t therapeutic pets. I lived beside one who had a therapeutic cat, and never smelled anything on the bottom floor. I’d be very cautious about renting from her, she doesn’t care about any problems you have, and nothing will get fixed, I suggest you get ahold of the city code officer at the fire department when you have heating and cooling problems as he can help you, very nice guy I wish I would have known to contact him before. The top temp is set to living room the bottom temp was bedroom temperature. Burr.

If I could I would rate this company 0 stars! They are the worse to rent from! Rented from the ones in Norfolk, NE. The property manager there doesn’t want to fix a thing or even try to. You try to call and talk to The company they try to downgrade you as if you don’t know how to do anything. For example our windows had mold in them and iced over badly, and didn’t shut properly which left tocdrafty windows and if I remember right the lady I talked to at the corporate office was Karen she tried to tell me that the windows shut hard and she would have the property manage show me how to shut them. I know how to shut a window! Moved out over 2 months ago and haven’t heard a thing from the property manager about the deposit! Nebraska has a law that the leasing company has 14 days to notify you of what is going on with your deposit! Stay far far away from this company!!

My husband and I came to look at these apartments a couple weeks ago. We decided it was not for us and had already paid the deposit. We were told we would get a check sent to us in the mail and that it'd be here with 7 to 10 days. It has now been 12 days and every time we try to call we do not get an answer.

I lived here for almost a year with work. The complex is locked down entry so its secure the apartment I rented was an awesome two bedroom loft with two bathrooms. This complex was great and the manager, Lori, is HANDS DOWN the best property manager I have ever worked with! She's got a great friendly manner and she's a blast to chat with! Hands down the best place to live in Norfolk!!!!
