Don’t know what is going on with this company , I have to change my 5 stars to 1 , went in to trade in a phone, the phone is almost in like new condition, wanted to just trade and get an Xbox, there was a very small like super small scratch on it, not even a crack on the screen, it was just a small scratch, he then proceeded to say the phone was damaged and took $400 off the original trade in value and wanted to offer $97 in store credit. Very disappointed

The staff is always terrific to answer any possible questions you may have. Very helpful with locating games for you. Even if you have to purchase it and have it shipped free to their store to pick up so you get the best deals! They always have a clean store. Well dressed employees. Very polite to all ages of customers. I will not shop for games, game systems, gaming merchandise anywhere else! Great Job! And Martin is awesome, Always polite to my 7 yr old daughter.
