Stayed overnight and played The wilderness. The rooms were nice - nicer rooms than at Giants Ridge. The casino was ok, some card games - lots of electronic games. Breakfast was just plain bad. They can't get people to work the restaurants, so dining on site is not good. The golf course was good, greens were rough but we knew that going in and they discounted the rate.

Always a pleasure to vacation here. Good food, service, clean rooms, and casino bucks. Love the outdoor trail and free use of water toys! Spectacular views of Lake Vermillion right out our window.

I’ve been coming to this casino for years. Historically it’s been outstanding from customer service, hospitality, amenities, etc. This year was much different. I ate the Steakhouse, which I have for years, and this year the service was extremely slow and disinterested. We went to the grill for a 11 pm snack and it was closed as well as a major menu reduction. Staff shortages. I had a golf tee time at 9 am, but you cannot get breakfast before 9 am, because nothing is open. Nobody mentioned the hours majorly changed. We used to really enjoy Fortune Bay and would make the longer drive, but now we are seriously rethinking ever coming back.

Was it good time and had some food as well. Had to dock a couple scores because there was no blackjack at 10:30 in the morning? I mean I guess I understand if it's a staffing issue, but that's the main draw I have for going to a casino.
