Beware! My 79 year-old father picked-up a boat and asked to have the bearings on the trailer repacked. He paid for the service and about 30 min down the freeway, my 12 year-old son asked to stop the car to use the restroom. He then noticed smoke coming from the wheels. Fortunately, they found some help nearby and were back on the road 3 hrs later. Had there been no restroom stop, they could have had a MAJOR accident on the freeway. Where is your integrity? Had this resulted in a major injury or death there would be a lawsuit at a minimum. This was negligence and should never happen! I called more than once to express my concern and share the negligence. Gretchen did not have the courtesy to even call back.

John & Gretchen are the absolute best. Very friendly folks and never an issue. Their secure storage on site near their home gave me the peace of ‘storage’ mind needed when I was not at the lake. They 100% have my business. I’ve ordered a new 2021 Lund fishing boat w a 150 Merc & all the technologies and gadgets and in turn John loaned me a very similar Lund Demo Unit, which when considered is a very smart move on John’s part. I know exactly what I want on my new boat which I’ll purchase thru Aronson Marina. Thanks!
