This establishment is a complete joke. The wait is way too long and the food usually comes cold. Employees are rude. Managers do not care about any of the complaints, nor does the owner who they apparently have no contact with. Will never be returning, nor will many others with the same issues. Trash establishment.

I usually like this location but today, july 1st, i came inside and ordered, the girl giving the food was very rude, not really rude just not friendly. The sweet tea tasted like spoiled eggs and is all they did was came out and looked at it and left it in lobby.

The drive through was very busy but the line moved quickly. The speakers were clear, which made it easy to understand the employee. The wait for our order was surprisingly short. The order was correct and fresh. All employees were polite.

Worst service ever! Waited more than 20 minutes for my order and they just forgot about me! When I asked for my money back the young manager was very rude ,not apologize but just bad attitude! I understand they are understaffed but is ridiculous made a customer wasted their time just for nothing! When I tried to leave feedback to corporate nothing they can't find this location! So make yourself a favor and go to another fast food chain in Le Mars cause on this location employees are rude and not even noticed their customers
