We stopped in LeMars for the Blue Bunny ice cream visitor center, then learned of Wise I as the location for Theology on Tap during Mass. We couldn't leave town without sampling another of my favorite things on my Birthday...😉 There was nothing spectacular about the exterior (see picture), but the selection of beer was great (see picture) as was the service. Great place to hangout for the ambience. The sour beers were milder than most, and the IPAs also seemed fairly lighter.

If you enjoy a variety of really good beers & ciders you have to give the 100th Brewery in Iowa and the only one in LeMars a try. Nice atmosphere and fun staff. They don't serve food but they've had food trucks on Friday's and there are plenty of places close by to order food from for delivery. Sept 13, 2019 Grand Opening.
