Fabulous clothes, great people, so glad we stopped to admire the dresses. I rarely get excited about any type shopping. But there is just to many beautiful things! I was like a small child in a candy store. The owner and her helper are first class, it shows in the quality customer service, the lay out of the store and all the beautiful things!! My family and I went to many shops in the North town mall I was so irritated with sales that can't multitask they would stop ringing up your items to chat about there life's.I was saying" no one in the mall can talk and work it's so sad," Lucia's boutique proved me wrong. I can't wait to go back

If I could give no stars I Would! My daughter bought a $300.00 dollar dress from this store. The older lady took it apon herself to alter the dress without us having the actual shoes first. She told my daughter to stand on her tippy toes and that's how she decided how much it needed altered. We picked it up yesterday, tried it on with the shoes and it's still too long. We called on the phone and the lady told us to bring in the dress and they would fix it so we did. When we got there is was the older lady and the guy. They wanted her to try it on with the shoes which we did not bring nor were asked to. The lady starts screaming at my daughter telling her if she don't have her shoes Shes not doing it. My daughter put her dress in her bag and said ok I'm sorry. This lady contiunes to yell at my daughter and now is following us through the store. My daughter exits the store and i told the lady she has no right to speak to a child like that let alone anyone! You are a professional and run a business and are totally out of line. The lady then comes at me like She's going to hit me. I told her you don't wanna do that and i walked out.... As I'm exiting she comes out of the store and tells me to get the f*** out and not come back or she will beat my a**... I went straight to my car and contacted crime check. As I'm on the phone the guy from the store had followed me to my car and was telling me I'm making a mistake and i will regret it if we don't have them fix the dress..... I filed a police report for the threat and my geniune concern for people who may make the mistake of going here in the future! I also have contacted the mall and will be taking this as far as i can! This kind of behavior is NOT acceptable and will NOT be tolerated by this mom! After reading the reviews i see she has a history of being aggressive with customers!

Never heard of a store expecting $100.00 payment if you try on 4 dresses and none work. And not allowed to try any more than 4 formal dresses. WTH?? What kind of a business model is that!! We'll never go back there again and we'll tell people not to go there. We will find a formal dress somewhere else.

Wonderful service. Very professional and reasonably priced. Got a sweet 16 birthday dress and she had the tailoring done in 1 day. Thank you!
